AUTO UNION TYPE C #4 ROSEMEYER GRAND PRIX D'ALLEMANGE 1936 - "Edition limitée à  5000 exemplaires". The Grand Prix racing series in the 750 kilogram formula was overshadowed in the mid-1930s by the duel between the two German brands Auto Union and Mercedes-Benz. In 1936, the Saxons entered the series with the brand new the Auto Union Type C as an answer to Mercedes-Benz who’s W 25 had won the European Grand Prix Championship the year before. With #4, Bernd Rosemeyer won the German GP.
